Think of social media as an intelligence tool for discovering the pain points of your target audience or what they are interested in, to improve the products/services you offer and how to turn them to paying customers.
You can use a social listening tool like SocialMention to be updated with people who mention your handle online. You can also use Hootsuite to keep track of keywords related to your business, this way you are known for your quick responses on social media.
I’d recommend you have someone dedicated to your social media if you seriously want to take advantage of customers from social media, trust me, it will be worth it.

This is a market strategy that never gets old and more often than not, if used rightly, always works. Asides from putting considerable stress on the potential customer to buy/grab offer now, it also helps to lure in new customers who are drawn to the irresistible offer.
The psychology behind this is the fact that no one likes to feel like they are missing out on a great offer and the sense of urgency created helps to amplify this. Everyone loves great deals and if you don’t believe me, simply, ask ten to twenty people around you.
